Book your Appointment Online
You can view, book and cancel your future appointments by logging on to our latest online service.
You can manage your appointments quickly and easily wherever you are, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In order to use this online service you must first register to receive your unique username and password.

Northampton GP Enhanced Access Service
If you are unable to get an appointment at your GP surgery there are evening and weekend appointments available at enhanced access with a GP, nurse or health care practitioner.
To make an appointment, please call your surgery on 01604 638162. Appointments are available: Monday to Friday, 18:30-21:30 and Saturday and Sunday, 09:00-17:00.
Your GP Enhanced Access Service is based at Entrance B, Highfield Clinical Care Centre, Cliftonville Road, Northampton NN1 5BD. There is free parking on site. The service is operated by the General Practice Alliance (GPA) on behalf of all GP practices in Northampton.
Livi
Livi is our online consultation provider.
If you would like an online consultation, you do not need to call your GP practice reception. Once you’ve signed up to the Livi app, you will be able to access Livi online consultations between 06:00-22:00 every day.
You can choose to see a GP online the same day or book up to 7 days ahead. Get the Livi app by visiting: www.livi.co.uk/download.

There is a range of appointments available across the week. Please check with the reception staff.
Please tell reception if you wish to see a particular GP. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.

There are four Practice Nurses available by appointment daily for the following:
- Diabetes monitoring
- Asthma monitoring
- Coronary Heart Disease monitoring
- Family Planning advice
- Cervical Smear Tests
- Weight management
- Health Checks
- Travel advice
- Smoking Cessation advice
- Minor Illness Clinic
