When you ring the surgery, you will hear a message giving you options as shown below:

• To book, cancel or check an appointment press button 1
• To arrange a Home Visit press button 2
• For Test Results (after 2pm) press button 3
• For other enquiries (or if you do not have a touch-tone phone) just stay on the line and your call will be answered.
